Job Description
Join iPremium India as an Inbound Call Agent for BeastDrive. Handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate service, assist with bookings, pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed ticket sales. Maintain call logs and follow-ups while meeting conversion targets. Require excellent verbal communication, patient, solution-oriented approach, basic computer/CRM skills and proficiency in at least one South Indian language: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada. Previous inbound or customer support experience is a plus. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹5,815.34–₹25,455.89/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and flexible schedule.
