Job Description
The Admission Counselor at IPCS Global guides prospective students through enrollment, provides course and career counseling, manages inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online), conducts follow-ups, handles registrations, documentation and fee collection, and coordinates with academic teams for onboarding and batch planning. Meet monthly admission and revenue targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years in education counseling or sales, strong communication and persuasion, MS Office and CRM familiarity. Job type: Full-time, in person. Pay: ₹15,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursements, and leave encashment. Preferred: 1 year academic counseling experience.
