Job Description
IOConnect Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Front End Customer Service representative. In this role, you will escalate complaints to the appropriate teams, establish trusting client connections through professional communication, and use relevant methods to provide accurate information. You will be responsible for meeting call handling quotas, gathering and analyzing client data to recommend suitable products, and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
Additionally, you will maintain client interaction logs, handle customer accounts, and follow all communication protocols and policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,00.00 – ₹36,00.00 per month

Requirements
