Job Description
Invicta Learning is seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance our training team. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging soft skills programs covering communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution among others.
Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of soft skills training experience, and fluency in English. You should be a confident speaker with excellent facilitation skills, able to tailor trainings to diverse groups.
This is a contractual position offering ₹300.00 – ₹350.00 per hour, with a contract length of 1 day in Kolkata, West Bengal.
