As a Resource Planner, you will oversee day-to-day Workforce Management tasks, monitor KPIs, maintain accurate employee information, and manage new hire schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, advanced skills in MS Office, and a strong analytical mindset. Experience with tools like Aspect or Genesys is a plus.
