Job Description
Position Summary:
Join Interpublic Group as an Accounts Payable Executive. You will verify and input production and in-house invoices, collaborating with local offices and vendors to resolve issues.
Essential Functions:
- Audit and input vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Address vendor inquiries
- Resolve discrepancies with local offices
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum 1 year of SAP experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure
Shift Schedule: 7:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
