Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and multi-talented Creative Content Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and marketing. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating compelling visuals, editing engaging videos, and crafting brand-aligned content that performs well across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, ads, presentations, brochures, and more.
Video Creation & Editing:
- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content (reels, testimonials, promos, explainer videos, etc.)
Content Creation:
- Write creative and brand-consistent captions, scripts, and micro-content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
Branding & Visual Consistency:
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a cohesive message across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design creative assets for campaigns, emailers, ads, and landing pages.
Trend Spotting:
- Stay updated with current design, video, and content trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation to every project.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles
- Video editing and motion graphics skills (basic to intermediate)
- Content writing skills for digital and social platforms
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong visual sense
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house creative team
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
