Job Purpose: Collaborate with clients and vendors of The Closing Exchange (TCX) to manage order processing and ensure quality follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate order placements and changes.
- Maintain communication regarding order statuses.
- Serve as initial contact for client inquiries.
- Assign vendors and ensure service agreements are met.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in dispatch or customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
