Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves providing timely resolutions to customer escalations, investigating delinquent accounts, and collaborating with various teams to address billing issues. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable management, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. Supervisory experience and familiarity with High Radius Collections or Oracle Revenue Management & Billing is a plus.
