Job Description
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Salary: ₹10,00 to ₹20,00 + incentives
Intellectus Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include understanding hiring needs, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
This is a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers as well as those with up to 1 year of experience. You will work day and morning shifts and can expect supplemental pay through performance bonuses.
