Institute of Banking Studies seeks a Field Debt Recovery Agent. The role requires SSLC or equivalent, possession of a reliable two-wheeler and valid driving license. This full-time, in-person position involves regular field visits to meet clients, verify accounts and recover overdue payments with professionalism and integrity. Monthly pay ranges from ₹15,00 to ₹18,00. Candidates must be able to work independently, maintain clear records and communicate effectively. Prior experience in collections or banking fieldwork is a plus. Work location: local field assignments; punctuality and flexibility for travel are expected.
