Job Description
We are seeking a talented Chef / Cook specializing in Indian and Chinese cuisine to join our team at Hotel Manama located in Mazgaon, Mumbai.
Designation: Chef / Cook
Qualifications: Graduate with good English communication skills and 2-4 years of experience.
Salary: ₹30,00 – ₹50,00 + Accommodation + Meals + PF + Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Create authentic Indian and Chinese dishes.
- Develop new recipes, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
