Job Description

Join Inno Color & Compound as a Maintenance Electrician. You will perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on panels, 3‑phase wiring and industrial machinery; install, program and fault‑find AC/DC drives (VFDs); carry out preventive checks on motors, starters and control circuits to minimize downtime; and respond to emergency electrical failures. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, proven plant experience (preferably Plastic/Extrusion), strong knowledge of 3‑phase systems, control panels and drives, and ability to work an 8‑hour shift. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–₹26,00/month (approx. ₹25,00).
