Job Description
Be a vital part of our team! As a Part-Time Telecaller, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to introduce our products and services, handling incoming queries, and maintaining the client database. You’ll follow up on leads and assist with telemarketing campaigns.
We require excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English, basic computer skills, and a pleasant telephone manner. A minimum qualification of Plus Two/Diploma/Graduate in any stream is needed. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation is ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month plus performance incentives.
