Job Description
Ink in Caps is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in customer success or a related field, showcasing excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and training.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Monitor customer usage and performance metrics.
- Gather feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in managing customer accounts for growth.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in customer success or account management.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹300,00 – ₹450,00 per year | Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund
