We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who possesses strong spoken communication skills in English and Hindi, with a preference for additional regional languages such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada. The ideal candidate must maintain professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and efficiently follow company processes.
