Job Description
Join Infocom Network Ltd as an Account Executive! In this role, you will be responsible for Client Servicing & Relationship Management, ensuring clients are satisfied and informed about our services. You will drive Retention & Renewals by managing contracts and providing insights that showcase the value of our offerings.
As part of your responsibilities, you will identify Upselling & Cross-Selling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Additionally, you will engage in Collaboration & Reporting, coordinating with various teams to resolve queries and maintain detailed client records.
