Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team at Infocom Network Ltd. Your role will involve Client Servicing & Relationship Management, where you will build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their primary contact. You will drive contract renewals, ensure client satisfaction, and provide insights to reinforce the value of our services.
In addition to retention, you will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to address client needs. You will coordinate with various teams to resolve queries and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
