Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize W2 hiring practices.
• Develop a strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Source candidates through various methods to build a robust pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
