Job Description
Role Description:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads; upsell/cross-sell to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records in CRM.
- Resolve objections and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of telesales or tele calling experience – Female candidates preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, English, Tamil.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-oriented, patient, and resilient under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month
