Job Description
We are IMS Proschool, seeking driven individuals for the position of Academic Counselor. This role involves sales activities requiring excellent communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting leads to generate revenue for assigned courses and meeting monthly targets.
- Counseling prospective candidates and recommending suitable programs.
- Managing inquiries through various channels and recording interactions in our CRM software.
Work Requirements:
- Office-based role with a 6-day work week (8.5 hours/day).
- Mandatory work on weekends and one weekday off.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Experience in academic counseling (1 year preferred).
