Job Description

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by preparing proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and managing RFP/RFI responses. You will liaise between clients and technical teams, maintain CRM records, schedule meetings, and ensure timely delivery of pre-sales materials. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, attention to detail, and experience with CRM and MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field and 1–3 years in a sales support role are preferred. This role requires proactive organization, customer focus, and the ability to work under deadlines.
