Job Description
iMerit Technology Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic International Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an International BPO, preferably in a voice role, and possess a strong command of the English language.
Responsibilities include excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive learning attitude. The salary ranges from ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, with benefits such as paid sick time and overtime pay.
Working hours are 9-hour rotational shifts with weekends off and transportation provided during odd hours.
Requirements
