Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Assistant to join our team at IIEM GLOBAL TRAINING PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will:
- Negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers while ensuring quality standards.
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders and manage timely procurement of bulk materials.
- Collaborate with merchants for the best material prices.
- Assist with requisitions and communicate effectively with suppliers.
- Maintain updated records on our ERP system and ensure timely billing.
- Familiarize with shipping documentation and import procedures.
- Research and evaluate potential vendors while negotiating contract terms.
Job Type: Full-time
