Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Officer of Micro Loan. You will expand our business by identifying growth areas and adding new members.
Responsibilities include forming groups, explaining processes, collecting documents, and ensuring timely collections. Manage 200 customers and organize center meetings while building relationships.
Requirements: +2 qualification, proficiency in Malayalam, a valid driving license, age under 28 for freshers or 32 for experienced candidates. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Compensation: ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 per month with additional benefits.
