IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is seeking a dedicated Loan Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting village surveys, sourcing new customers, and forming Joint Liabilities Groups. Key responsibilities include KYC verification, filing enrollment forms, data entry of customer details, checking credit bureau reports, and training members on company processes and policies.
Successful candidates will assist in house verification of members to assess their living standards, manage loan disbursement, and check loan utilization. The position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary of ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 monthly along with various benefits like health insurance and flexible scheduling.
