Job Description
We are hiring Field Officers at IIFL Samasta Finance Limited to manage client portfolios, assist in payment recovery, and maintain accurate financial records while adhering to legal guidelines.
Qualifications: Minimum +2 education, up to 30 years old, freshers and those with MFI experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Starting at ₹12,00 for freshers, increasing to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. Male candidates preferred. Location: Perumbilavu.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, flexible schedule, and more.
