Job Description
We seek an experienced EXIM Coordinator to manage export-import operations, customs clearance, documentation, and logistics coordination. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists), liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, tracking shipments, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing costs. Candidate must have 2+ years in international trade, knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Bahasa and English communication skills preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
