Job Description

Support kitchen operations and prepare dishes to IHCL standards. Assist chefs with food prep, portioning, stock rotation, mise en place; maintain hygiene and clean workstations; follow recipes and ensure food quality during service. Requires culinary diploma or equivalent and basic food safety certificate. 1–2 years hotel/large kitchen experience preferred. Languages: English; local language advantageous. Interfaces: chefs, kitchen staff, F&B team, suppliers. Competencies: communication, teamwork, resilience, accountability, learning agility.
