Job Description
We are hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure service quality and safety, and meet productivity goals. Responsibilities include scheduling and delegating tasks, coaching and training team members, resolving customer issues, performing opening/closing procedures, and reporting shift performance to management. Requirements: 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic math and cash handling, and flexibility to work rotating shifts. Must be reliable, decisive, and team-oriented. Previous experience in retail, food service, or manufacturing is an advantage.
