Job Description
IHCL seeks a Team Professional to join Taj Palace, New Delhi, in the Food & Beverage department. You will support daily service operations, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain quality standards, and assist in training junior staff. Responsibilities include coordinated service delivery, stock control, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Required: hospitality diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years F&B experience in upscale hotels, strong communication in English, and teamwork. Key interfaces: guests, kitchen, front office, and management.
