Job Description
We are hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver excellent customer service at our front desk and guest areas. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking in/out, answering inquiries by phone and in person, coordinating reservations, handling payments, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, basic computer literacy (PMS/booking systems), cash-handling experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
