Job Description
Join IHCL as a Reservation Associate at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka (posted 24 Nov 2025). Reporting to the Commercial department, you will manage reservations, optimize room revenue, update availability, confirm bookings, and deliver excellent guest communication via phone, email and CRS. Key tasks include accurate data entry, rate management, coordinating with Front Office, Sales and GDS partners, and meeting booking targets. Required: diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in hotel reservations or call centre, fluent English, strong communication, resilience, accountability, teamwork, good judgement and learning agility.
