Job Description

IdlyGo seeks an experienced Indian Namkeen Cook. Annual CTC: 2.14–2.40 Lacs. Experience 1–3 years; minimum higher secondary pass. Preferred male candidates aged 30–35. Responsibilities include preparing dough and stuffing for samosas, kachoris and other snacks; frying to uniform shape, size and taste; operating deep fryers at correct temperatures; monitoring oil quality; minimizing waste; assisting inventory control; maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards; and meeting peak-hour production targets. Strong dough and seasoning skills, consistency, time management, teamwork and basic hygiene knowledge required.
