Job Description
IDEAS ENGINEERING WORKS urgently seeks an experienced Fabrication Welder (2–5 years) for full-time, permanent work in Sonarpur, Kolkata. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be proficient in MIG, TIG (argon) and Stick welding on stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium, read blueprints, and operate fabrication tools. Reliable, punctual team players with welding certification preferred. Salary ₹10,00–₹18,00/month (in-hand) plus performance bonus and yearly increments; benefits include Provident Fund, ESI and insurance. Day shift; quick joiners preferred. Interview at 68 H.C.
