Job Description
Icronex Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. The role includes monitoring workflows, collaborating with Client Servicing departments, and identifying process inefficiencies for improvement. Candidates will prepare documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report on performance metrics. Timely resolution of operational issues and supporting team members is essential.
