Job Description

Working Hours: 8hr 30min
Working With: Centre Director or Centre Manager
Purpose of Position: To assist with admissions and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert walk-ins into admissions (40%)
- Follow up on Digital Marketing leads and update in LMS
- Chase targets and ensure ERP Entries
- Follow up on walk-ins and nurture leads through WhatsApp communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Food, Health insurance, Paid sick time, Paid time off, Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift | Work Location: In person
Supplemental Pay: Commission, Performance, Quarterly, and Yearly bonuses
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
