About Us: IBDIC (Indian Banks’ Digital Infrastructure Company) is a consortium of 18 Indian banks, established to develop digital infrastructure for economic growth using blockchain and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Developing secretarial processes, ensuring compliance with laws, preparing Board meeting agendas, and coordinating audits.
Requirements: 8 years PQE; qualified lawyer and company secretary; experience in legal and secretarial roles.
Pay: Up to ₹70,00.00 per month
