Job Description
I3 MATRIX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities.
- Professional phone etiquette with strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English; Hindi is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct post-sales follow-up and update CRM status.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Prepare reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes.
