Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies. Requirements Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Education Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th pass).
Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
