Job Description
Location: Newtown
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords.
- Source and screen resumes from job boards.
- Maintain and monitor recruitment databases.
- Evaluate candidates’ credibility and documentation.
- Keep applicants informed about their status.
- Guide potential candidates through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Freshers only.
Skills: Basic MS Office, English communication, strong organizational skills.
Duty Hours: Night Shift (8:30 PM–5:30 AM), Monday to Friday.
