Job Description
Hykez Technologies India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Resource Associate (Freshers) for our Newtown location. In this role, you will source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Building relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal teams is essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, understanding of IT roles, proficiency in ATS, and a high level of professionalism are required.
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives and travel allowances. Night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM), Monday to Friday.
