We at HumanHire Corp are seeking a dedicated Customer Delight Executive to enhance our brand reputation across various online platforms. This role requires effective management of customer queries and escalations, along with ensuring a positive image for our brand. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a minimum of 6 months’ experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) or customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries on social media channels.
- Resolve complaints in a timely manner and maintain brand integrity.
- Monitor online feedback and collaborate internally to address concerns.
Salary: ₹22,00 – ₹28,00 per month.
