Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Bancassurance Professional to sell banking and insurance products to our customers. The ideal candidate will analyze customer needs, recommend suitable products, and build strong relationships with both customers and bank staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer financial needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Explain banking and insurance products to customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with bank staff and key stakeholders.
- Foster customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and support to bank employees.
