HRQuadrant seeks a Banking Associate to partner with banking networks to generate leads, conduct needs analyses, present life insurance solutions, and cross-sell to maximize customer value. You will build trust through proactive communication, perform regular follow-ups, handle inquiries, and advise clients on financial planning while staying current with industry trends and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year sales experience (insurance preferred), age up to 30. Full-time, permanent; in-person. Salary ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
