Job Description
HRQuadrant is recruiting a Banking Officer for a leading life insurance company across Thrissur and Kerala. This full-time, in-person role partners with bank branches to engage customers, assess financial needs, recommend suitable life insurance solutions, and drive cross-sell/upsell. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year sales experience (financial services preferred), be aged 30 or under, and possess strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Compensation starts from ₹35,00/month with benefits including mobile reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave, and provident fund.
