HRQuadrant seeks a proactive Banking Officer to partner with bank branches across Thrissur and Kerala to offer personalized life insurance solutions. Full-time role; minimum 1 year sales experience (preferably financial services); bachelor’s degree; age up to 30. Responsibilities: engage bank customers, conduct needs-based discussions, cross-sell/upsell, maintain relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Salary from ₹35,00/month plus benefits including cell reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave and Provident Fund. Strong communication, negotiation skills and product knowledge required. In-person position; permanent employment. Applicants must be customer-focused and results-driven.
