Job Description
HRQuadrant is hiring a full-time Banking Relationship Officer in Kerala. Salary Package: ₹34,00 per month; in-person role. Candidates must be Kerala residents, graduates in any discipline, under 36 years old, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience. As a Bancassurance officer you will build relationships with bank staff and customers, sell life insurance and financial products through branches, generate leads from bank referrals, meet monthly sales targets, handle product queries, ensure documentation and compliance, and attend training to improve performance. Benefits include Provident Fund. Pay range: ₹22,00–₹30,00 per month.
