Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a Banking Associate to collaborate with banking partners to source and engage clients, perform needs analysis, deliver personalized life insurance planning, conduct follow-ups, upsell products, and educate customers on protection strategies. Maintain market and regulatory awareness to inform sales. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or related; minimum 1 year sales experience (insurance preferred) with a proven track record; age up to 30; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; insurance product and market knowledge. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund. Willingness to travel for client visits preferred. Work Location: In person.
