Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a Banking Associate to engage bank customers, conduct needs-based financial discussions, recommend life insurance, cross-sell, follow up and ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred), ≤30 years, min 1 year sales (financial services preferred), strong communication, negotiation and insurance knowledge. Full-time in-person, salary from ₹35,00/month, cellphone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave and provident fund.
